Kathleen walked us through our first home purchase and made it feel so much easier. She guided us through neighbourhood alternatives matching out budget while considering our wants at all times.
With great communication and negotiation skills, Kathleen kept the process running smoothly and swiftly addressed challenges in the way. Kathleen was great to work with from the beginning! We worked with her on a family recommendation and were very pleased.
